COLLEGE COUNCIL

*************************************************************************************************

District Mission

College of the Redwoods puts student success first by providing outstanding developmental, career technical, and transfer education. The College partners with the community to contribute to the economic vitality and lifelong learning needs of its service area. We continually assess student learning and institutional performance and practices to improve upon the programs and services we offer.

*************************************************************************************************

College Council supports the District Mission by ensuring that all constituents are able to participate in the development of policies and procedures that affect the institution. College Council is the apex district-wide constituent based collegial consultation body that includes representatives from all of the District’s constituent groups. College Council helps ensure that policies and procedures are developed and revised following the collegial consultation process and all relevant constituent input is given due consideration.

The table of contents can also be used to access historical College Council agendas and minutes, constituent representation information, policies and procedures under revision, and existing CR policies and procedures.
