             During the Spring 2008 Term, four teams worked to review the literature findings regarding effective practices for Basic Skills

                                                                      and conduct an assessment in four areas:

• Staff Development
• Instructional Practices

(RP) Group of the California Community Colleges, under contract from the California Community Colleges System Office,
